4- Familiarize the team with the customer needs, specifications, targets, techniques
and tools to support task performance.
5- Carry out the task of the load analysis (Load Balance, Voltage drop and short
circuit studies).
6- Carry out the task of LUX Calculation as per customer needs.
7- Co-ordinate between different utilities (MEP, Landscape, Civil, .. etc).
8- Prepare preliminary delivery plan of the project.
9- Final review on all the drawings and calculations before submit to ensure
conformity with Standards and regulations with respect to budget.
10- Materials Quantity Survey.
11- Submit a proffessional Technical submittals for materials approval.
12- Submit method of statement for approval on the work methodology.
13- Technical support to site team during implementation.
14- Invoices.
15- Carrying out the As-built during the implementation.
16- Submit testing and commissioning plan and Maintenance plan for approval.
1. Handling a professional Shop-drawing of various systems including but not limited to Medium Voltage networks, Low Voltage network, CCTV, DATA, Telephone, Access and Fire Alarm.
2. Load Analysis; Load Balance, Voltage Drop, Short Circuit as per standards & regulations.
3. Co-ordination between subcontractors.
4. Purchasing, Materials inspections & documents quality control.
5. Negotiation with supplier & contractors regarding price and time schedule.
6. Materials Quantity survey.

1. Handling a professional Shop-drawing of various systems (Internal lighting, Small Power) as per Arch requirements and load analysis.
2. Handling a professional Shop-drawing of various systems (Fire Alarm, CCTV, Data & Telephone) as per standards & regulations.
