I'm working as a team leader Presales Engineer for Data center preparations and passive solution " Structured
Cabling System", I'm responsible for the following activities "Analyze tender document and prepare detailed BOQ for
projects, initiate RFQs and review vendor offer, prepare complete technical proposal for the project, preparing price
schedules for complete tender, preparation & documentation of the complete offer, co-ordinate with supply
management and prepare technical responses for post tender clarifications".
I'm working as a senior Presales Engineer for light current systems and passive solution " Structured Cabling System",
I'm responsible for the following activities "Analyze tender document and prepare detailed BOQ for projects, initiate
RFQs and review vendor offer, prepare complete technical proposal for the project, preparing price schedules for
complete tender, preparation & documentation of the complete offer, co-ordinate with supply management and
prepare technical responses for post tender clarifications".

Duties/Responsibilities:
* Act as a first line of support to all telecom Egypt data users’ inquiries (technical).
* Managing local area network, servers, and communications connections to remote locations
* installing network concentrators, bridges, routers, and repeaters.
* Configuring network servers.
* Giving the suitable training for the local administrators on standard network server procedures, including virus protection.
* Support FTTH (fiber to the home) customers
