Responsible for assuring procedures appliance all over the group companies to prevent certificates depriving or to get new certificates, acquire product approvals and finally meeting customer special requirements.

Prepare project plans.
Prepare project time schedule.
Establish and implement projects quality system.
Follow up projects and insure projects objectives achievement.
Assist quality control plan execution.
Investigate any raised issue; insure a corrective / preventive actions implementation and effectiveness.
Verify effectiveness of corrective actions taken by concerned units.
Responsible for system automation projects with IT department.
Analysis of customer complaints and issues.
Review QA/QC Procedures and document control and ensure implementation is in compliance with it.
