- More than an External audit from BASEC for ISO 9001:2008 (renewal).
- More than an External audit from SGS for ISO/TS 16949:2002 (renewal).

 Meeting customer special requirements.
 Prepare project plans.
 Prepare project time schedule.
 Establish and implement projects quality system.
 Follow up projects and insure projects objectives achievement.
 Assist quality control plan execution.
 Investigate any raised issue; insure a corrective / preventive actions implementation and effectiveness.
 Verify effectiveness of corrective actions taken by concerned units.
 Responsible for system automation projects with IT department.
 Analysis of customer complaints and issues.
 Review QA/QC Procedures and document control and ensure implementation is in compliance with it.
