-CRM responsible in terms of maintaining direct and business-wise contact with our customers (e.g. Unilever and P&G) to match their demand with our company abilities (e.g. Production capacity, Supplying capacity and Dispatching limitation) in order to achieve the win-win situation.
-Accordingly, define our company monthly MPS considering current month orders, safety stock level per each SKU, production MOQ and our customers forecast for the coming month.
-Run MRP and define the purchasing schedule of all needed material, releasing POs and keep their status updated and shared with all stakeholders.
-Manage all the foreign shipments (whether RM, spare parts, or equipment) clearance process with our 3PL partner and share the updated situation with all stakeholders.
-SRM responsible in terms of direct contact with our suppliers (Local/Foreign) to negotiate better offers and lead time.
-Liaise with our production and technical team in the time of preparing the weekly production plan then follow-up it's adherence.
-DRP responsible in terms of lead and follow-up the Dispatching activities to achieve our OTIF (OnTime-In Full) target score at the lowest possible cost.
-Warehouse Management responsible in terms of managing its daily activities, in charge of all internal/external periodic Audits and prepare its CAPA accordingly, lead and arrange all the required training for the WH team, interviewing/selecting new team members and lead the technical processes of acquisition of new Warehousing location and set its KPIs.
-Lead all the periodic/monthly inventory counting activities and share results/corrective actions with all stakeholders.
-Prepare KPIs and analysis reports and share them with all relevant colleagues.

As a team member, redesign our warehouse layout which increased our stocking capacity with almost 25%
▪ Revise forecast/target achievement with the sales team as per our production capacity.
▪ Accordingly, define/update MPS of the month of our two brands (Molfix and Bebem).
▪ Follow closely the MRP process starting from define requests, confirming these requests and stay updated with the most recent situation.
▪ Work closely with our dispatching team to define shipping plan matching orders due dates and production output to fulfill our subsidiaries and export demand.
▪ Monitor our W/H space utilization and consolidate it efficiently between raw material needs and finished products requirements due to confined W/H space.
▪ Run all required analysis and KPIs and share updated daily/weekly reports with related colleagues/top managers.
▪ Upon confirmed sales forecast, define the optimum production plan considering Machines capacity as well as supplying ability.
▪ Run MRP, release requests and follow up closely foreign and domestic supplies.
▪ Monitoring Raw material and finished products stock level according to predefined attributes and take all corrective actions accordingly.

I studied for one complete semester abroad without any scholarship so, unfortunately, I forced to stop and get back again after the currency float decision.
▪ Develop a forecast for the commercial products (about 700 SKUs over 4 B.Us) with its managers and identify the target for the upcoming period/quarter.

As one of two key users, I was responsible in the commercial sector for :

▪ Architecture and update the MRP frequently based on the updated Production plan, Inventory Status, on transit shipments, planning parameters, and BOM of each SKU.
▪ With considering each supplier parameters (Distance, Rating, EOQ, scorecard, etc..), issue P.Rs to the purchasing department and keep in following with them regarding the updated state of each PR.
▪ Pay all the required attention and efforts to keep the level of Raw and Pack supplies, in terms of On-Hand, Pipeline and underway orders, within the limit which ensure healthy and continuous feeding to our plant operations and support our customer service level.
▪ Monitor the consumption rate of Raw/Pack stock to expose any deviations or unexpected stock out as early as possible, and running root cause analysis to disclose reasons behind.
▪ Manage and arrange immediately for replenishing orders of any damaged item
▪ Run the proper and required analysis and raise reports to my team leader.

MIT MicroMaster credential in Supply Chain management through EDX platform. It consists of five intensive online courses covering all aspects of logistics and supply chain management namely (SC Analytics, SC Fundamentals, SC Dynamics, SC Design and SC Technology and Systems) along with an in-person, proctored capstone exam. As well, it is notable to mention that it represents the equivalent of 1 semester's worth of coursework at MIT.
