Handling Landscaping project as contractor's project Manager with the client Abu Dhabi Municipality to design and construct a new parks, enhancement and development of the resisting landscape and follow up the operation and maintenance for the existing and newly constructed projects.
Responsibility:
• Developing the Project Plan
• Managing the Project Schedule
• Follow up the Project Mobilization Requirements And Make sure to have a smooth starting of the project
• Follow up the site progress day to day and make sure the work progress is in line with the project baseline.
• Follow up with Technical Department for all the Projects Requirements and submittals.
• Follow up the daily site requirements and solving the daily issues on site.
• Attend & Follow Up Internal/external Meetings with Client, Consultant, stakeholders & project staff, Give Solutions, Instructions & Directions.
• Managing Issues & Risks (elevating as necessary)
• Approve of the PO Requests (Technical Wise)
• Follow Up with Estimation Department for all Projects Cost Estimations
• Review the Cost Estimation for all Existing Projects
• Ensure the Submission of the project payment certificate on time and follow up till collection.
• Raise and follow up the time and cost Claims For any variation of the projects scope of work.
• Monitoring the Project Budget and apply the value engineering to reduce the cost.
• Managing Dependencies and Conflicts
• Follow up the Submittal of the Required Presentation from the Client/Consultants
• Prepare, Review and Sign the Letters to the Client/Consultant
• Regular Reporting of the Project Status
• Quality-Control with focus on service delivery.
• Safety, training and employee development.
• Motivate and train subordinates to achieve planned work.
Direct and Manage the company business in Abu Dhabi area, follow up the running project in the area, set the business development plan, put Marketing strategies, reviews and approve contractual agreements with the suppliers and Sub contractors, finalize and concluding the deals and contracts, monitor the team performance, define and achieve the company targets, review the financial status of the branch and apply a cost control to monitor the expenses and increase the revenue. Follow up the ongoing projects in Abu Dhabi Area, assuring work progress and projects completion on time, Provide management and logistic support to achieve the projects, Ensuring quality consistency across the region and to build strong relationship with the clients and open new business opportunities in the area.

Project Manager-
Project 1- Design and construction project of new mosque and shops in Ruwais Housing Complex, the project encompasses praying hall for 500 worshippers, minaret ablution facilities and Imam Accommodation, and six (6) nos., of shopping facilities the project also comprises external works and services roads, walkways with related infrastructure works. The total built-up area is approximately 1200m2
Project 2- RUWAIS HOUSING COMPLEX EXPANTION, PHASE (III) - PACKAGE 7 - LANDSCAPE AND IRRIGATION, for installation an irrigation network for the newly constructed 48 buildings Ruwais housing complex for ADNOC married staff.

• Responsible for the awarded project from excavation till completion..
• Interact with clients, take approvals, submit as-built drawings and prepare site progress report.
