o Receive projects and schedule them according to their priorities and delivery dates
o Calculate the actual needed Materials and compare it with the planned
o check Inventory availability for the requested materials with the Warehouse department and prepare material requests for the unavailable items
o create a routing sheet for each project with estimated working times
o Supervise the production processes and it’s Workers “around 100 workers” and analyze operational issues if found
o Follow up the production progress and analyze collected data using Excel
o submit a daily production report to the operations manager
o Do regular daily plans, quality checks and Time studies to insure the continuity of the process improvement
o Responsibility of the Production Workers and their Skills, Training, Recruitment, appraisals.
o Redesign and improve job descriptions across the organization
o Design Performance evaluation forms and implement it
o Prepare training plans for the employees and schedule them according to their Priorities
o Study technical processes such as installation department and give process improvement recommendations
o Supervise Daily and Monthly employees attendance and performance
o Follow up regular employees requests according to the company policy
o Post job vacancies, filter, schedule, interview and recommend qualified job candidates
o Do regular performance reports and monthly department progress report for the high Management
o Receive projects and schedule them according to the planning department priorities and delivery dates
o check Inventory availability for Manufacturing with the Warehouse department especially local items
o divide each Project plans and papers according to the Production Stations and deliver it to them to start Manufacturing
o Prepare and initiate in accordance with the Production Foreman.
o Supervise the production processes and it’s Workers “around 40 people” and analyze operational issues if found
o Follow up the production progress and analyze collected data using Excel
o submit a daily production report to the Factory manager
o Do regular daily plans, quality checks and Time studies to insure the continuity of the process improvement
o Responsibility of the Production Workers and their Skills, Training, Recruitment, appraisals.
