a) The main contact with costumers for the company engineering services in Eastern
province and North areas.
b) To develop the team skills in terms of soft skills and technical skills in order to be
adequate for the job requirements. The team consists of 13 engineers, 13
technicians, and 3 administrative positions.
c) To follow up the contracts application in order to guarantee the achievement
according to terms and customer requirements
d) To manage current the company services in the area to guarantee smooth
operation, customer satisfaction and maximum revenue
e) To evaluate and assist the new opportunities and services for the company in the
area in accordance with area resources.
f) Planning for the project Activity, including Project Deliverables, Milestones,
Schedule, budgeting, and Risk management
g) Establishing project offices in Eastern province and North regions: 9 offices in Jubail
& Nairiyah & Summan & Hafr El-Batien & Rafha & Arar & Skaka & Qurayiat.
Including premises, HR, utility, communication plans, Etc.
h) Project control, cost control, applying QMS corrective actions for the project to meet the project KPI's (Key Performance Index) and customer SLA (Service Level
Agreement).
i) Main interface and key joint for the project stake holders including customers,
owners, and subcontractors.
j) Planning and Supervising the Preventive Maintenance (PM) for WCDMA sites
(BTS's and BSC's) including Telecom, Power, and environmental maintenance.
k) Planning and supervising the Corrective Maintenance (CM) team responding for the
sites Alarms.

Libyana GSM&WCDMA Managed Service Project
a) The main contact with costumers for the company engineering services in South
(Sabha) & Middle (Surt) areas.
b) To develop the team skills in terms of soft skills and technical skills in order to be
adequate for the job requirements. The team consists of 14 engineers, 35
technicians, and 3 administrative positions.
c) To follow up the contracts application in order to guarantee the achievement
according to terms and customer requirements.
d) To manage current the company services in the area to guarantee smooth
operation, customer satisfaction and maximum revenue.
e) To evaluate and assist the new opportunities and services for the company in the
area in accordance with area resources.

Awbari & Surt & Bryqa & Hone. Including premises, HR, utility, communication
plans, Etc.

Agreement).

Installation and configuration of Microwave link of Alcatel (PDH) Ex. "LUX (40, 50)
"and "AWY" links.
b) Installation and integration of Alcatel BTS.
c) Troubleshooting the network problems and provide solutions.
d) Performing Site Survey.
e) New sites installation (turnkey), commissioning, ALU MW alignment.
f) Auditing of the installed sites.

a) Handling area expenses and applying cost reduction for best performance.
b) Helping and giving other departments complete support for the new installations.
c) Handling and managing the spare parts movement between the area and the
warehouse.
d) Prepare the monthly incentives for my team.
e) Have the whole duties of O&M Supervisor.
a) Managing a team of 15 technicians.
b) My team is responsible of maintaining the company’s payphones and its networks
in the field.
c) Give the team a complete technical support and handling their administration
requirements and expenses.
d) Periodic site inspections to assure data consistency and checking my teams work.
e) Knowledge of both companies networks; Ringo network (Schlumberger Sema product & Guanri products & Routon products) and EL-Neel network (Landis & GYR
product), and the ability to troubleshoot any of these products.
f) Good knowledge of Local exchanges’ types and locations in Upper Egypt regions.
g) Reporting to the Area Maintenance Manager.
Monitoring the Exchange behavior.
b) Able to reinstall the exchange software.
c) Responsible of keeping the connection between the exchange and line of sight sits
stable through microwave connection or through optical fiber cables.
