VMware Technical Support Engineer Level 2

Design and implement ADDS in Hindawi Publishing Corporation, and elevate the corporation's infrastructure level from a WORKGROUP environment to Domain environment. Using large scale scripting techniques to automate the joining of 1200 client PCs and 100+ servers. Using Windows migration wizard, and User State Migration Tool (USMT) to ensure that the user have the same experience
• WDS and WSUS at Hindawi Publishing Corporation
Design and implement WDS in Hindawi Publishing Corporation. Benefits: Deploy client/server customized images though the network. - Start WinPE support applications through the network (e.g. Acronis, Paragon) The WDS servers utilize the network bandwidth and use unicast sessions with multiple speeds (Low, medium, and high), also can deploy images to multiple clients using multicast sessions. Unattended files are used to automate the installation Process. - Upgrade from Windows 7 (32 bit) to Windows 8.1 (64 bit) using WDS with unattended file. - Making Different Windows 8.1 Image for deploying. Configure WSUS and WSUS Replica to reduce internet traffic that consumed for windows update.
