• Researching, developing, interpreting and examining system blueprints, architecture specifications, data models and illustrations in the development, implementation and integration of operations systems and networks.

• Researching, developing and recommending network upgrades and improvements to enhance the network performance and to ensure that service level agreements with customers are not breached.
• Configuring, maintaining, and administering network management, monitoring, and analysis systems and use those systems to test and evaluate network hardware and software to ensure the network and systems are working as designed.
• Troubleshooting, identifying, resolving, and interpreting network problems to prevent their re-occurrence. Decision-making and setting priorities in contingencies.
• Plays a focal point between all company’s departments, clients and vendors personnel to resolve outstanding problems and escalate problems to the appropriate stakeholders when necessary.
• Writing and maintaining technical documentations of the network infrastructure and customers networks topologies and services and ensures that staff training selection is adequate to business needs.
• Logging all network and systems incidents and maintenances like network problems, impacts, resolutions, and modifications and elaborate those logs to the management to take the proper precaution.
• Define and oversees the implementation and development of policies and procedures related to the network and systems operations and configurations.
• Monitoring network traffic usage and internet international links capacity and prepare periodical reports to evaluate and recommend necessary upgrades.
• Configuring and maintaining customers’ services continuity by Supporting and troubleshooting all customers’ services (Internet, Data, Wi-Max, VOIP, E1, DNS, Email and Web services).
