- Schedule and follow up on all production projects.
- Prepare work plans for the planning department and its structure.
- Coordinate production workflow for one or multiple projects.
- Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance with minimum delay.
- Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand.
- Assign workers and other staff to particular production operations.
- Schedule shifts according to production needs.
- Monitor projects to ensure they will finish on time and within budget.
- Prepare and submit status, progress performance, strategic, productivity rate and resources estimation reports.
- Review drawings & Bill Of Material to ensure they match machines limitations & material availability.
- Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors.
- Checking plans, drawing and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
- Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
- Material inspection and reviewing Material Test Certificate (MTC).
- Fit-up, dimension and visual inspection.
- Preparation of Non-conformance Report (NCR).
- Requesting, monitoring and reviewing of Non Destructive Test (NDT).
- Reviewing application of Welding Procedure Specification (WPS).
- Preparation of required quality control documentation.
- Material inspection and reviewing Material Test Certificate (MTC).
- Fit-up, dimension and visual inspection.
- Preparation of Non-conformance Report (NCR).
- Preparation of material tractability record.
- Preparation of Welding Procedure Specification (WPS) and Procedure Qualification Report (PQR).
- Preparation of required quality control documentation.
- Reviewing, monitoring and applying Non Destructive Test (NDT).
