Duties:
•Responsible for scheduling and planning activities as per contract
•Updating the schedule and comparing the actual work performed against the baseline program
•Monitoring and tracking project progress, and writing up reports.
•Translate the project scope of work into activities and prepare and update
•Knowledge in analysis of the Critical Path Method and Earned Value System Analysis.
• Over all Projects Monitoring Sheet (Budget V/s Actual) by Earned Value System Analysis.
• Contracts Sheet & Budget Manhours ‐ Distribution and protocol adherances.
• Controlling and Follow up Invoicing Forecast & Expected Payments.
•Ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budgets.
