•Responsible for execution, documentation, procurement and administration of all aspects of soft landscaping & Irrigation projects.
•Studding fully the requirements of the project including drawings, specifications, documentation, budget costs of materials, resources, typical productive outputs etc.
•Assisting in managing draw up work program, resource plan and procurement plan for execution of works.
•Design modifications and implementation of additional Clients requests on site.
•Raising material requisitions with detailed specifications clearly indicating Client specified material/ supplier and follow up with procurement for timely delivery of materials.
•Checking all material deliveries for quality control and approval of delivery notes.
•Coordination for collection of necessary data from the supplier for material submittals.
•Review and timely submittal of Shop drawings as per work program and also follow up for approval of the same with the client.
•Liaising with Site Surveyors and QA/ QC for survey of existing services, prior to commencement of construction activities
•Liaising with Main Contractor/ Engineer in day-to-day site activities and resolving any technical issues.
•Responsible for ensuring that the work is performed in accordance with specifications and within the timelines and cost constraints.
•Raising Work Inspection Requests for completed landscaping works and liaising with Main Contractor/ Engineer for necessary approvals as per Contract Specifications / Project QA/QC plan.
•Planning and liaising with Project Manager for requirement of materials, resources and timely delivery at site.
•Monitoring of plant, labour and material allocations and advising the team of any future potential problems.
•Submission of RFIs, RIWs as necessary during the course of the project and following up for approval of the same.
•Coordinating with Safety personnel for fulfilling safety requirements throughout the project and encouraging / promoting and maintaining safe site working practices with work team.
•Providing leadership, organizational support skills and promoting teamwork to achieve targets.
•Liaising with QA/QC Engineer, surveyors and draughtsman for preparation of AS-Built drawings and following up for the approval
•Assisting the Project Manager in timely completion of works and handing over of the project.
