•Responsible for quality Inspection & testing of all materials compliance to submittals & drawings in Precast concrete factories Before delivery to the project site.
•Inspection of precast concrete products for compliance with speciation's, shop drawings and. production processes and procedures.
•Prepare and submit request for Inspection (RFI) on completed works to SABIC for their approval.
•Train and assist the modern staff in Quality & Control.
•Conduct inspection tours and safety procedures.
•Great effort, already delivered and Installation 530 precast concrete villas with high quality to project site without any mistakes or comment as per drawing & SABIC Quality required.
Infrastructures Works Project and Housing - Saudi Arabia
for Inspect all electrical materials in the project for compliance to submittals & drawings.
•Planning & Execution of all electrical related works in infrastructure & coordinate the works with mechanical and civil groups.
•Responsible for inspection& testing for all cables in project: Low Voltage Cables, Medium & Streetlight.
•Responsible for inspection and tests all Transformers, RMU, Switchgear & Circuit Breakers by (Mageer) testing According to the speciation's of (Saudi Electricity Company).
•Prepare and submit request for Inspection (RFI) on completed works to clients for their approval.
•Installation and operation of electrical network consist of 250 km of medium voltage cable13.8KV and 200 km pipes for cable and 200 MANHOLES.
•Installation and operation of all Transformer and RMU for Housing infrastructure project
•Installation and operation of 2 Generators with 500 kva, and 2 Generators with 500 kva
•installation and operation of 249 package substation 1000 kva.
•Installation and operation of data and information network consist of 318 km, 24 Fiber cable and 150 km pipes and 150 MANHOLES.
•Installation and operation of 32 switch gear 13.8 kv each one has 8TR.
