-I'm handling this position currently
- Design and implementing/installing EHS’s Hakeem Enterprise Networks Infrastructure for the Governmental Hospitals and Clinics all around JORDAN using technologies from different vendors (Cisco, Juniper, HP, Aruba, FortiGate, ...etc.) LAN, WAN, Routing (mainly MPLS, BGP/OSPF/ BGP Route Reflectors), Switching, Security, Wireless, and VoIP... etc.
- Take ownership for specific long/short-term tasks and projects.
- Monitor networks, define weakness points, and tune the network to ensure acceptable levels of performance.
- Schedule, arrange, and perform Network expansion and upgrade for all of the Network peripherals IOS and Hardware to keep it updated and stable.
- Prepare enhancement requests, change requests for the planned activity and operations.
- Provide support 24/7 support for issues related to Hakeem Networks also assist remote colleagues in troubleshooting and managing cases and projects. Also handle on-call duty as per Systems team on-call policy, field support if required for all of our sites to ensure continues service with no interruption, and delay.

- Troubleshooting and resolve upstream providers Capacity issues - IP transit services, peering services in a timely and efficient manner through the utilization of various networking analysis tools and internal systems.
- Troubleshooting of STM64/16/4 and 1, E1 & DS3 link connectivity issues.
- Troubleshooting data circuits, Fiber, leased lines, L2/L3 MPLS VPN.
- Plans and supports Network Upgrade, Network Migration activity and planned activity follow up.
- Provide L3 support for Zajil’s customer issues through our MPLS and VPLS core Networks
- Dedicated Network Engineer for Zajil Telecom (ISP) Corporate Customers (VIP).
- Analyze, configure and troubleshoot small, medium and large size networks.
- Troubleshooting customer complaints for internet and Data services regardless the media (ADSL-PPPoA, ADSL-PPPoE, SHDSL, Fiber, GPON, ISDN Voice, Wireless and Microwave).
- Troubleshooting L2 and L3 connectivity and configuration onto the BackBone Routers Ps, PEs, customer's link and NW peripherals.
- Solve product and network problems of low, medium, and high complexity.
- Dealing with different kinds of Cisco routers on daily basis such as (800, 1800, SOHO97, 6260, 3800, 7000), juniper Routers (MX80, Mx104) series, Cisco Switch’s such as (3750, 2950) series, DSLAM MALC, DSLAM New Paradyne (8820) and Cisco DSLAM (6250) series and ISDN voice Modems.
- Design and Implementation of Network Infrastructure for the Educational Sectors Schools and Academies using Ncomputing Kits (Virtual Desktop).
- Installing and preparing Windows server 2008 R2 and the virtual desktop system.
- Install and preparing Low current system such as CCTV.
