managing maintenance functions executing work volume of more than 1.4 M manhours per year in all maintenance fields.

Responsible for the central maintenance department which include machining services, welding an fabrications, building & infrastructure maintenance services, HVAC maintenance, utilities supply (NG, waters and NEWT) plus the Mobile equipment maintenance workshops.

Responsible for the maintenance of the mobile equipment's and responsible for the central workshops which include machine shop, repair and fitting shops, welding and fabrication shops, Fueling and logistic services plus the central maintenance activities.

Manage and lead the section which is responsible for maintaining the utilities equipments (pumps, compressors, Air dryers, air blowers, plate heat exchanger, shell and tube Heat exchangers, cooling towers, chillers, boilers, filters, , valves, scraper cars, hydrogen generators, hydraulic grabs, tanks, vessels and pipelines) and to operate and maintain the cooling generation plant and all the AC units and chillers all over Hadeed .
Responsibilities :
Directs, coordinates and controls all mechanical aspects of the systems, machines and equipment.
Ensures plant availability through the implementation of Utilities Preventive Maintenance program.
Provides support and direction to Maintenance Supervisors, Mechanical Specialists, Mechanical Engineers, and Air Conditioning Supervisors in the organizing of job programming and it’s execution.
Maintains liaison with outside companies or agencies providing Maintenance services to HADEED Utilities Mechanical & HVAC areas.
Provides support and direction to Utilities Maintenance Supervisors, Mechanical Specialists, Mechanical Engineers and Air Conditioning Supervisors in the monitoring of spare part availability to perform the maintenance activities.
Pursues and expedites any related projects within Utilities areas in conjunction with the involved section i.e. Building and Grounds, Engineering & Projects etc.
Continually seeks to find ways to improve the level of efficiency of plant, equipment and manpower in Utilities Mechanical areas.
Continually seeks to find ways to improve the quality of service and/or product provided to other departments e.g. water quality, air conditioning etc.
Carries out periodic spot checks of plant and equipment to ensure that product quality and maintenance activities are carried out to set standard procedures.
Attends plant breakdowns or malfunctions and provides the necessary support and assistance to the subordinates.

Carry out the Quality Study with the Engineering Methodology.
ACHIVEMENTS:
Entire WS Developments Study has completed for the defining of action plan direction with the implementation.
Establishment of Comprehensive Quality Management system in Hadeed Workshops.
Development of the process map and the workflow for the entire workshop departments.
Reviewed and Updated the Safety, EMS, Quality and ISO related procedures, checklists, CFF (Customer Feedback system), and Process maps.
Reorganized all documentation system.
Assigned the manpower with defined roles and responsibilities to monitor, control and record of Safety, health, Environment, quality and Engineering activities.
With the CFF system, restructured the customer communication method for the immediate feedback.
Through the Engineering project, executed the following,
1.CAD/CAM System
2.Retrofitting of Wotan Machine
3.New machine Training Requirements
4.New machine Tools, Spares and consumables.
5.CMM machine for inspection and reverse engineering of maintained and refurbish components.

Monitoring and organizing the activities of the Workshop Engineering & Planning through coordination and delegation.
Ensuring the quality of all services provided and the availability of plant and equipment in order to maximize efficiency and minimize waiting time in meeting the requirements of the plant.
Monitoring and appraising the performance of the Engineers, Specialists, Planner, Supervisors and Plant Coordination Planners.
Coordinate and delegate control of the Engineering & Planning section to meet the Workshops’ customer requirements in order to achieve department goals and objectives in line with company policies and procedures.
Monitoring the utilization of Section’s resources in terms of cost & efficiency.
Preparation and follow up of section’s annual and capital budgets.
Liaise with the Workshops’ Customers, Suppliers and other Hadeed Departments.
Safety and Technical training to all section employees.
Receive and analyze incoming Notifications. Inspect the equipment when necessary. Coordinate method(s) of repair/manufacture with the Plant coordinator Planners whenever necessary.
Supervise all Planning & Scheduling activities and distribute the jobs and the load based on the workshop capacity.
Support other Workshop Planners, Supervisors via good communication and full Cooperation. Work to recognized engineering standards.
Ensure implementation of NCR/CCR systems, Training, ISO-9001, EMS, Audits..
Ensure that appropriate actions are taken from feedback received during the performance and completion of the Work Orders. Also, provide feedback to the concerned Plant Coordinator Planner, if their requirements cannot be fully met.
ACHIVEMENTS:
With the Team Leader responsibility, executed, the Mechanical Workshop expansion project successfully. Equipped the workshop with modern technology 6-Axis machining center, CNC Lathe Centers, MP7 Ram Floorer Horizontal Machine and with the capacity of 50 Ton Heavy duty Lathe Machine.

Lead a Team of Supervisors, Planners, Coordinators and Foremen and ensure that all their activities are as per Plant Maintenance and Operational requirements.
Ensure that all Crane and Mobile Equipment Commissioning activities are within the frame of given scope of work, as per procedures.
Scheduling of PM of all plant Crane and Mobile equipments.
Organize and streamline Manpower for Crane and Mobile Preventive Maintenance, Brake Down and Commissioning Services for all Hadeed Division units, included LP & FP Steel Plants areas.
Ensuring that employees under control, are complying with KPI/ EPIC/ Training requirements.
Adequate back-up information / documentations maintained to support feedbacks provided to Management and submit such documents for internal or external audit.
Non Conformance Reports are completed when applicable and good housekeeping maintained within Sections.
Monitoring, spare planning and inventory activities to continue the sections activities smoothly.
Monitor department activities and report performance and Coordinate with vendors for various services whenever required.
Ensure that good work relations are maintained with end users / customers, make customer surveys, and hold meetings on as required basis / KPI requirements.
Ensure that developmental activities are carried out within the Sections for continuous improvement in the business activities.
ACHIVEMENTS:
On, 1st. June 2006 Crane and Mobile section Management, involved in “Hadeed expansion project”, as “Cranes mechanical engineer” where a successful completion had been achieved before the target date.

I was in rotation for one month. and two months in the SWCC training center.
