Carrying out all maintenance planning and scheduling of nine desalination plants on the west coast of the kingdom as follows (Haql Plant, Duba Plant, Alwajh Plant, Ummluj Plant, Rabigh Plant, Alaziziyah Plant, Alqunfidah Plant, Alleeth Plant, Farasan Plant)

Responsibilities:
Monitoring the production and maintenance performance technically.
Supervising, training, and following up the supervisors groups
Distributing the maintenance activities among planning & maintenance follow-up foremen
Preparing daily, weekly, monthly plans
Coordinating among maintenance & operations divisions
Carrying out the plans and receiving reports from foremen
Studying and analyzing information and reports from plants and delivering reports to maintenance division head
Monitoring the availability of spare parts
Managing repairing projects, modifications, and insurance
Preparing maintenance performance reports
Preparing reliability and availability plants reports
Providing studies and plans for improving and developing maintenance division
Supervising the Enterprise Asset Management system

Carrying out all maintenance planning and scheduling for Jeddah Desalination Plants.

Responsibilities:
Review and revise all new work requests
Generate and distribute PM work orders
Plan work orders in details
Close all work orders, following the work order closing check list
Prepare weekly work schedules for the assignment of maintenance crew
Maintain equipment history
Prepare shutdown plan and schedules
Monitor and report on the progress of shutdown work
Prepare shutdown report to Plants, maintenance, operations managers
Chair shutdown meetings
Prepare backlog reports
Chair shutdown meetings
Implement plants modification (SWCC-M14 procedures)
Follow-up the progress of projects (SWCC-M11 procedures)
Follow safety rules and instructions of SWCC.
Use computerized Maintenance Management System CMMS (INfor).
Provide training and support for new planning engineers, seniors planning technicians, and summer students
