About the project :
The King Abdullah Bin Abdul Aziz’s Project for development of the security facilities for the ministry of Interior (KAP2 Program). KAP2 consists of 44 construction sites within 5 different regions in KSA named from Phase A through E.
Contract Value: KAP2 Up To 44 Billion SR A1 & D3 projects (Riyadh Zone) as Consultant engineer representative (Project Control Unit) to Monitoring & Control the progress of major contracting companies. Coordinator with client (Projects Development Agency At Ministry Of Interior) & his P3O (Archen Engineering Consultant & Project Management). The scope includes wide & specialized works. Offering experience at many engineering disciplines time schedules (Educational Facilities, Military Training Complexes, Office Buildings, Residential Complexes, Football & Sport Stadiums, Medical Centre, Mosques, Malls, Roads & Parking, and Infrastructure Buildings & Services).
Total Plot Area 2, 277, 004 m² with Built up area 672, 321 m². Contract value up to 4 Billion SR (Out of Total overall KAP2 44 Billion SR).
KAP2 A projects consists of 7 construction sites on 3 locations & 3 sites for KAP2 D3 projects. The total contract duration is 1080 days to each zone, 900 days assigned to the completion each site.Responsible For :-
•Manage the preparation of projects time schedules by contractors to ensure contract requirements are met.
•Follow-up contractor’s schedules & reviewing targets by using P6 Professional Program & primavera contract managements program (Oracle Business intelligence publisher edition).
•Establish project progress monitoring techniques.
•Analyze and report progress of the project, and highlight areas requiring action by the Contractors.
•Identify & Analysis of existing project delays, assessment revised / recovery plans & suggests mitigation measures.
•Develop & prepare project standard reports as team player in project control unit (Executive Weekly Project Dashboard - Monthly Portfolio Reports - Monthly Project Status Reports) about planning & scheduling activities of the projects.
•Coordinate with Client & his external reviewer P3O office for monthly reports quality, processing his checklist evaluation about reports & project status (This checklist to be used by P3O Project coordinators to review the Quality of the Reports submitted by Consultants & Contractors, in line with the minimum requirements in order to support Decision Maker).
