- Review the drawings submittals as a design drawing stage then shop drawing stage in compliance with tender documents and specs.
- Review architectural materials submittals.
- Review IFC (Issued for Construction) Drawings for finishing and partitioning works.
- Numerous Method Statements technical review and approval, as well as assuring its compliance with the Project’s specifications and quality guidelines.
- Following up and monitor schedule of submittals and progress as per the approved program of work.
- Following up with the sub-contractors and consultant on the procurement schedule and long lead items.
- Attending frequent Technical and Construction Meetings.
- Drafting and preparing related letters with respect to client obligations and aspects.
- Preparing and producing Monthly Progress Report as well as Monthly Construction Report.
- Follow up and close coordination with the nominated Site engineers for work progress and quality.
- Ensure all works carried out comply with the tender documents and MOI specs.

- Daily site monitoring, reporting and quality assurance.
- Provide complete back office and direct technical support to the Foremen for all buildings in the project.
