a) Projects Engineer:
* Responsible for coordination of all technical activities on assigned projects.
* Confirms product performance by perform the required tests & commission different systems.
* Supervise product and system installation at site.
* Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems.
* Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; recommending actions.
* Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.
* Maintains product and company reputation by complying with federal and state regulations.
* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
* Coordinate with project client for system integration.
* Attend all inspections request by the contractor, Consultant & Civil Defense engineers.
* Solve any problem could happen in early stage to insure the system integration with various systems at site.
* Establish consultant comments and Civil defense requirements.

b) Service Engineer:
* Establish and maintain a good working relationship with customers to encourage repeat referral business.
* Assure proper repair order flow to satisfy warranty/dealership/business office requirements.
* Maintain reporting systems required by company/manufacturer.
* Handle the parts department as appropriate to ensure proper stocking of high use parts.
* Obtain competitive bids on all tools, equipment, sublet repairs, supplies.
* Ensure that customer inconveniences, complaints and misunderstandings are dealt with fairly and quickly.
* Communicate with customers before issues arise and get involved in
escalated customer issues.
* Direct and schedule the activities of all technicians.
* Assist in development of annual service budget for use in connection with annual sales forecast
* Maintain customer satisfaction index rating above that of manufacturer or dealership average
* Car Park Ventilation Specialist - Ducted & Jet Fans systems. )Design more than 20 Projects in Qatar(
* General Ventilation Systems Designer (Rooms, Atriums, Staircase pressurization system , lift lobby, open spaces ... etc)
* Following up with the regulations, standards & QCD requirements (NFPA, British Standards, QCS, ASHREA… etc).
* Work with contractors, consultants & civil defense for different systems.
* Commission & Test ventilation systems & handover the supplied system.
* Work as sales engineer during this period ( Make Selection’s, Prepare Submittals, Follow up with clients, prepare compliance statements & reply on comments … etc.)
* Good Knowledge in VAV’s, CAV’s, Cooling Towers, Central water heating Systems & Natural ventilation systems.
