• Planned and directed the preparatory phase for establishing new operational and maintenance facilities for the new commercial company, met all pre-defined milestones and budgets.
• Part of the strategic decision making team that established the new company’s structure, devised work flows and process maps for functions, defined the organizational hierarchy, and developed policies and procedures.
