Managing MENA lines of businesses operations by ensuring that
the business units are operating efficiently, and develop metrics for
capturing, analyzing, and reporting effectiveness and key business
decision-making information to the leadership team.
Provided business analysis and support for MENA Financial & Risk
business division operations; forecasting, planning, analytics and
periodical financial results reporting & communication.
Managed a team of six Account Management Coordinators with
the task of supporting the sales team in their day-to-day
operations; opportunity management, forecasting, reporting,
billing disputes, and order process life cycle.
Analyzed MENA affiliates P&L by line of business and channel to
ensure consistency and Integrity of earnings & provided accurate
and timely commentary in both financial and business related
aspects.
Managed planning the operating expenses (OPEX) and capital
expenses (CAPEX) budgets for the IT Dept. in North Africa
affiliates on annual basis, along with periodically reviewing and
reporting the budget spending vs plan.
Established the operations in the first insurance retail office in
Egypt, supervised sales team, supported walk-in clients, managed
OPEX, payroll and provided timely reporting to the head office.
