• Perform Cost Savings Verification on those cost savings identified through the implementation pipeline process.

- Quality Monitoring / Quality Management, by producing a weekly analysis outlining found quality issues and make quality recommendations.
- Invoice Validation/Reconciliation, by developing a methodology to monthly review the actual invoices booked against the termination cost budget.
