Export Operations Lead, International Commercial Division

• Manage and execute demand and supply planning processes of International Commercial Division including export procedures and logistic operations
• Prepare long range sales plans for foreign markets and revise it in line with changing business conditions and strategies considering inline & pipeline products and registration statuses
• Support account managers in country sales plan preparation, periodical customer demand review and tender opportunity evaluation
• Review consolidated customer demands and finalize monthly, quarterly and yearly forecasts for each SKU of all countries (approximately 500 SKU’s for 30 countries)
• Monitor, analyze and report actual sales volume versus forecast, financial budget and updated sales target and recommend revisions
• Manage overall inventory in order to achieve optimum stock level, monitor excess and slow moving stocks, raise the critical issues and create environments for solution
• Prepare and track department budget on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis and identify the risks and opportunities
• Manage all regulatory activities with Regulatory Affairs department for both regulated and emerging markets including new submissions, renewals, variations and artwork change management
• Keep operational KPI’s on target levels and take necessary actions to improve operational efficiencies and performance
• Participate monthly Pre-S&OP meetings
• Represent the division in strategic cross-functional projects
• Prepare executive status updates and presentations for top management
• Manage, coach and develop a team of three people as a direct report to International Commercial Division Director
• Coordinate the demand and supply planning process of International Commercial Division and support account managers for sales and marketing activities
• Analyze and consolidate customer demands with account managers and prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly forecasts for each SKU of all countries (approximately 500 SKU’s for 30 countries)
• Analyze the historical sales data of each SKU, research demand drivers, identify sales trends and increase forecast accuracy
• Release twelve-month supply plan monthly on SKU and country basis, report production issues and delays to department and account managers
• Guide the production planners about the latest updates on customer demands in order to adjust the production plan accordingly
• Compare demand and production volume with forecast, financial budget and updated sales targets
• Participate monthly S&OP meetings
• Report and manage critical stocks and inventory level of finished products
• Liaise with technical operation departments (Production Planning, Logistics and Quality Control & Assurance) for International Commercial Division activities
• As the SAP-SD module key user in International Commercial Division, support SAP-SD users within the department and make necessary developments
• Prepare monthly and weekly detailed production schedules according to customer orders, utilization targets and capacity constraints
• Make short and long term material requirement plans in order to have the materials on time while keeping the material inventory at optimum levels
• Participate the material and semi-finished product inventory reduction working groups by implementing the needs to ERP system and IT tools
• Make project management follow-ups in order to assist project managers, engineering, procurement, production and quality teams in execution
• Be responsible for effective project management by realizing the production in accordance to customer-specified standards on time and on budget
