• BMS test and commissioning engineer for Dr. Zewail labs (AHU Qty (7), Pressurized Zones Qty (11), Machine room for 3 Carrier air cooled chillers, SCADA System, …)
• Electrical Installations and BMS test and commissioning engineer for the Polygon (the business complex in Beverly Hills city). • Overall maintenance & complete renewal for the BMS system in MEPACO pharmaceutical factory, Cleopatra Sharm El Sheikh hotel, City Stars mall phase 2, Dusit Thani hotel in Cairo and IDI pharmaceutical factory.
• The complete replacement for the old BMS system in Heliopolis Presidential Palace with a new one
• The complete replacement for the old BMS system in NTRA (National Telecom Regulatory Authority) with a new one.
• The Operation & Maintenance section head for BMS & FAS (Fire Alarm System) in Cairo Festival City for 5 months.

• Responsible for the operation & maintenance of Water leakage detection system TTK brand (Made in France).
Responsible for the operation & maintenance of Siemens Variable Speed Drives specially (SED2) for HVAC applications & G120P SINAMECS VSD. Also ACS550 & ACH550 ABB VFDs, VLT Danfoss VFDs & Altivar Schneider VFD for HVAC applications.
• Operation and maintenance of the electromechanical systems (HVAC, LV distribution system from the transformer room to the load centers & Building Automation System) and components inside 12 buildings in KSU (Zone 2).
• Plan & Implement the monthly modification works (small scale electromechanical contracting) required inside the same 12 buildings.
• Issue & release monthly WOs required for any maintenance or modification work, using IBM Maximo Asset Management. Finalize these monthly Work Orders, and then close them before the end of the month.
• Supervise & Coordinate with the contractors and suppliers to finalize their projects in Zone 2 (the largest zone in KSU).
• Programming LS PLC and HMI Panels then installing them in the required site.
• Design all required MIMICs as observation boards for control panels or desks or monitoring consoles using AutoCAD.
