Identify opportunities to arrange and co-ordinate any necessary discussions and agreements to realize benefits.
Monitor projects and ensure that an adequate and robust Risk Management process is under active management.
Implement an internal Risk Management Plan, Risk Log, and associated governance processes.

Engage with stakeholders to understand their expectations and ensure that risk management initiatives meet and exceed these expectations.
Perform Quantitative Risk Analysis to enable robust forecasting and tracking of risk exposure by using Primavera Risk Analysis (PRA).
Working with the senior risk manager to identify, assess and report risks at various reporting levels and facilitating risk workshops and brainstorming sessions.
