(Budget 2.50 Billion Saudi Riyal).
Currently I'm working at new international airport in Jizan, as buidings package manager, my scope of works ATC building, departure concrete bridge, royal terminal building, plus piling works for 5 main buildings, we was have design conflicts so that i was work in technical issues like review details in drawing and specs, check and remeasure items in BOQ with procurement and contracts department to finalize subcontractor agreement’s, workshop meetings arrangement with different disciplines to get decision and put Highlight points, construction plan for the building with capacity for crew and materials, coordinates with subcontractors as per baseline schedule plan during all phases of construction, our progress status finished all substructure works and implementation of superstructure, where 95% of the progress has been done.
Now we are working for fit-out all building scope.
Responsability:
Inspection and supervision for structural and architectural works inside
Al-Mahsama water Treatment Project 1 Million cubic meter per day.
The project Parts and Target:
The project turnkey on the last of year 2019 start on August 2018.
The location of the project at east of Suez Canal about 50 killometer from Ismailia city.
Area of the project about 40000 m2, consist of:
*800 meter lenght Fence with security towers, guard rooms and two electrical system gates.
*Main process building.
*25 ancillary building.
*Main Power station.
*Inlet pump station.
*Sludge collection sump.
*Supernatant sump.
*Gravity thickener tanks.
*Landscaping Area.
The budget of the project about 1.5 Billion Egyptian Pound.
The Idea of the project reclaiming Agricultural Land in Sinai by using irrigation waste water from Al-Mahsama drainage.
Responsability:
Inspection and supervision for all civil works inside Damietta Furniture City Project.
The project Parts and Target:
The project turnkey on 2 phases for 2 years started on Jan.2017 till December 2018.
The location of the project at east of Damietta Port about 20 km.
Area of the project about 350 acre, consist of:
*53 Hangar each one divided into 30 furniture workshop.
*2 Bridges to connect between east area with west area.
*Services Buildings.
*convention Hall.
*Power Station.
*Sewage Station.
*infrastructure and Roads.
*Landscaping Area.
The budget of the project about 3.50 Billion Egyptian Pound.
The Idea of the project to open new fields for the export of Egyptian furniture to increase foreign currency income and open employment for over than 500, 000 Egyptian person.
I worked as Area zone manager\ in Mataf Extension Project, The area consist of interface, arches and minaret (phase 2).
response for installing Doka scaffolding, form works, Reinforced steel work shop, precast erection double T slab &skin wall and post tension beams, arrange and order equipment in site, follow up surveying works, keep health and safety environment according to safety roles, arrange works between subcontractors and deal with Engineering Dar consultant.
I worked as project engineer with a team in 6 building continue works for concrete and finishing, arrange works between subcontractors and deal with Ghernata consultant.
Also worked in heritage building in Wakrah
(danshil slab works and stone blocks)
Also worked in Souq Wakif in renovation parking and fit out for restaurant and cafes.
I'm working in rehabilitation and expansion of Cairo international airport project under supervision of limak (turkish company), the poject consist of bridge and commercial building A (concrete construction for piles, P.C footing, R.C footing, columns, R.C walls, beams, steel coupler, pedestal, precast and repair concrete with submittal materials).
Working with crew consist of two engineer, forman, 40Carpenter, 25scaffolding, 40steel fixer and 15labors.
Reporting to project manager.
Check on flow of procurement and purchasing materials in warehouse.
Follow up equipments like loader, excavator, trucks, movable crane, tower crane and concrete pumping in casting day(using self compact concrete).
Mobilization for site and divided partition for material, steel warehouse which include bending and cutting machines, shuttering warehouse including (ACROW MISR) tools, tools warehouse, offices and cars parking.
Configuration survey works in site according to arrange jobs.
Review drawing for steel details, concrete dimension and masonry works.
Also installing scaffolding, forms, shutters and reinforced steel till casting concrete.
deal with inspector (ECG consultant).
I'm working as senior site engineer in bridges construction on free way cairo alex desert road km 166.900&179.800 the first contains two bridges like crescent and the ather straight bridge as following:
1-Follow up all activity of engineers and supervisors in site and collect daily report from them.
2-Follow up civil works in site like surveying works, installing scaffolding, installing formwork, reinforced steel formation and casting.
3-Follow up equipment movement in site.
4-Check on maintenance of machines from time to time like generator and water pump.
5-Check on warehouse from time to time to make materials order when needed.
6-Follow up purchases movement in site and always review on purchases required.
7-Review details in drawing with technical office engineer.
8-Check on amount of reinforced steel and make calculation before problem happened and make store incase of deficit.
9-Check on amount of concrete before casting and during it.
10-Follow up casting date and make tools and machine available to continue casting without any problem.
11-Follow up rate of work and review with schedule plan.
12-Make good relationship between crew to give in work as i need.
I worked as site engineer in executive hotel in Marsa Alam duties as following:
1-supervise all activity related to civil engineering works in the site area.
2-Inspect and approve all the activities on site from the Subcontractors and follow up with the Consultant and Owner Rep.
3-Follow up the activities of the supervisors and labor.
4-Preparing the daily and weekly report to submit it to the project manager.
5-Participation in preparing the subcontractors payment certificates.
6-Proper use the Company's Equipment in the project.
I worked in over than twenty five project maked deep foundation (piles) as site manager as following:
1-Management all works in site.
2-Reporting to project manager.
3-make mobilization for every new project and make study for all sources which needed or substructure in site if found before transport equipment to the site.
4-follow up process of transportation for all equipment from site to site.
5-Executive piles with system continues flight auger with diameter 40, 50 and 60 cm and length till 35 meter.
6-Make loading test on chosen piles.
7-Follow up quantities of materials and formation of cages for reinforced steel according to the specifications.
8-Preparing the subcontractors payment certificates.
9-Follow up works with piles machine like soilmec-48, casagrande.
10-Management team of machine driver, loader driver, pump operator and helper, oriented machine and 6 labors, mixer crew about 10 labors, welders about 5.
11-Follow up maintenance and repair for all equipments parts in site as piles machine, loader, fixed pump, concrete mixer, auger.
12-Active follow the movement of purchases so that it does not stop working on it.
I hold civil engineering certificate which issued by faculty of engineering Zagazig university at May 2005.
