Senior Estimation Quantity surveyor in head office estimation department. Clients: ARAMCO, ADA (Al Riyadh Development Authority) Engineers: JACOBS Engineering group, Technip Engineering Company Supervision Consultant: Dar Al Handassa Functions include:
• Preparing cost proposal for change order and negotiating with the client based on technical conditions of contract.
• Monitoring Quantity surveyors on projects and their method of work.
• Preparing Subcontract packages for several project (Riyadh Metro Project, SANG Hospitals, etc.…).
• Preparing bill of quantities (BOQ) for Bidding and tenders.
• Preparing cost proposals.
• Applying for Bids and tenders related to all projects and submitting all required documents.

Civil Site Engineer on the ERAOA (Extension of Al Ourouba road and Abu Baker Road through Riyadh Aire Base) project, (Infrastructure project consist of flyover, bridges, underpasses, tunnels and road works), was managing and supervising the works in different areas including a tunnel, a building and some road works. Projects value: USD 600M, duration: 3 years each. Functions include:
• Quantifying executed work on site based on drawings.
• Preparing cost proposal for change order letters (NCO) and negotiated with the client.
• Creating the quantity monitoring sheets.
• Preparing monthly invoices for both projects according to approved drawings and executed works.
• Ensure that every item in the projects will be covered and invoiced.
• Following up Change Order letters: discussing them with the client and converting them into pay items after approval.
• Supervising the construction on site and presenting daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Liaising with various entities (Client, Contractors, Sub- Contractors, consultant).
• Advising site supervisors on the construction process and addressing their concerns.
• Solving construction problems.
• Ensuring that all the construction safety rules and regulations are being met.
• Reviewing the shop drawings, clarifications, technical queries, materials, and method statement.
• Obtaining the construction materials and verifying them.
• Controlling the cost of the materials and labor.
• Preparing materials samples for client and consultant’s approval.
• Ensuring that the work starts on time and is completed within the estimated duration, safety and to the required quality.
