• Role:
Managing one of the mega construction programs for national housing company at multiple locations (Makkah, Jeddah, Taif etc) on more than 24 Projects with 20 different contractors & 7 different supervision consultant companies, providing technical guidance in several aspects such as (Engineering- Commercial matters -Projects delivery- Procedures - Project Management-Local municipal, NWC & SEC requirements etc.).
Set and unified the process of Contractor's Qualifications and Consultants as well. Maintain the Strategic Goals for the project’s delivery at the region according to end user needs & client requirements.
Maintain the Policies and procedures for effective implementation and execution of works which are aligned with strategic goals.
Maintain the Risk Register and set Mitigation plans accordingly.
Coordinate with Commercial Department for Variation order and Claim process.
Maintain The process of Projects Closure to increase the satisfaction of Beneficiaries. Regularly prepare presentations/reports for the senior management to highlight project progress and issues. Develops timelines and ensures progress to plan, as well as tracking critical project achievements.
Works with vendors and teams to establish and achieve goals. Identify the scope of work to contractors. Reinforce continuous improvement, collect lessons learned and ensure that all project management tools and procedures are implemented at all levels of Projects management

•Project details: KAP -4 King Abdullah Program for the development of the Security Head Offices, one of the famous MOI program and it's consist of multiple projects in the KSA on different locations in every single project having more than 25 multistoried buildings including infrastructure works, Steel structure works, tunnels etc.
•Role: Ensures that the project is as per setting out plan. Ensure that the progress at site is as per the approved time schedule. Inspect work done, samples, materials, workmanship, ensuring compliance with projectdocuments. Follow up and supervise all the inspection requests. Ensuring that all materials used, and work performed are as per specifications, ITP, and method of statement.
Monitoring one of the well know NHC construction program as a regional construction manager at several locations (Makkah, Jeddah, Taif) for More than 12 Projects with 9 different contractors & 4 different supervision consulting companies, providing technical guidance in several aspects such as (Engineering- Commercial matters -Projects delivery- Procedures - Project Management-Local municipal, NWC & SEC requirements etc.). •Project Details: Tabuk hospitals university with capacity of 566 Bed space, construction area 400 000 m2 (Building Area 124 350 m2 and remaining for Landscape), Main BuildingThe basement consists of a nursery for children, biomedical workshops, and warehouses, Ground floor, and this floor consists of internal pharmacies, external pharmacies, mortuaries, laboratories and laboratories, blood bank, emergency rooms, and. medical rooms. The first floor, which contains operating rooms, sterilization and equipment, and recovery rooms, the obstetrics department, nurseries, waiting rooms, and dining halls. Admission sections at the Hospital consists of three buildings, which are a ground floor and five repeated floors, with each building having a capacity of 126 beds for the first. building, 187 beds for the second building and 152 beds for the third building.
•Role: Monitor policies and procedures and report any areas where improvement is required. Assist the Project/Construction Managers in reviewing the Ensure timely and effective resolution for QA or QC issues, in coordination with Construction Manager/Consultant/Department Head Perform all daily inspection and test of the scope and character necessary to achieve the quality of construction required in the drawings and specifications for all works under the contract performed ON or OFF site. Carry out inspection and checking for all quality related procedures in the site and ensure activity at the site are as per approved method statement and inspection test plan. Coordinate with tha all mean parts and Site Engineer in charge for inspection and meeting about quality problems including the closure of Non-Compliance Report. Prepare the construction plan to ensure the efficiency, quality, safety, and performance of construction to meet project objectives. Duration: June 2010 - June2011.
