1. Defines and develops Quality and Operational Excellence (Q&OpEx) strategies in line with ABB Q&OpEx strategy, and supports their local adoption and deployment to accelerate the rate of operational improvement across the entire value chain.
2. Organizational goals. Works with local management team to set coherent and aligned Q&OpEx priorities and targets across the entire value chain, monitor progress, analyze Q&OpEx Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and act on deviations from targets.

Coach/Train and use Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma Tools
4. Deploying Proactive Quality Management System / Operation Excellence Culture
Problem Solving & Streamlining / Improving cross functional and complex processes

800Xa system certified. Loop check Commissioning and engineering of control systems this includes installation, specification, FAT/SAT, STARTUP of control systems hardware from field devices through Marshaling to control room
