Conducting the market research and issuing marketing plans for the Target Markets and new countries we are focusing on.
• Issuing the annual sales plan and forecast for the local Market.
• Preparing offers in addition to, attending and following up the local & export markets' tenders.
• Organizing the production planning process with the coordination with the Planning department. Managing the customers’
complaints with the coordination with the Quality and Customer Service department.
• Managing the dispatching process to the Local and Foreign customers.
• Issuing the sales department’s weekly and monthly reports. Moreover, following up the collections with coordination with
the financial department.
• Making the required Market survey for the local and international market.
• Getting all the required registrations and accreditation certificates for Our Product mix from The Class A consulting
companies inside or outside Egypt.
Achievement:
• Opened new Opportunities with Key Account Customer in Electricity and Power field (SIEMENS, ABB, ALSTOM,
ANSALDO, and TAHLAS).
• Did the market research on following products (High Voltage Cables and its related Projects).
• Opened new export markets for the company products such as (India, Cyprus, Congou ).
• Acquired 20 -25 % of the Local Egyptian market share starting from the commissioning in October 2010
• Acquired 3% -5 % of the International High Voltage market share starting from the commissioning in October 2010
