Identifying project specifications, plan, timeline, quality, risk, service level, and health & and
safety plan.
- Development of the project implementation plan
- Conducting site meetings, site surveys, collecting data, and design stage preparations.
- Preparation of initial design package including architectural, fire & security, electrical,
mechanical, low current, and BMS shop drawing, schedules, schematics, and riser diagrams
as per standards and uptime requirements.
- Project delivery on time and within budget.
- Reviewing design requirements with suppliers, assuring full understanding of project
topology, sequence, and specification.
- Managing site activities, delivery, inspections, MIRs, RFIs, RFCs, installations, and test levels
prior testing and commissioning stage.
- Overseeing and following up with vendors and subcontractors.
- Manage subcontractor installations, scope, and quality.
- Monitoring progress to ensure compliance with the pre-determined execution plan
- Performing visual inspections, electrical & mechanical tests prior final testing &
commissioning / energizing.
- Testing and commissioning (level 2 to level 5) of all electro-mechanical systems in the critical
facility.
- Oversee the as-built and project handover documentation process.

- Support detailed project design.

- Review and comment on project design drawings to make sure all
relevant codes and standards are followed and that project scope is
met. Provide electrical sketches with required information to aid in

- development of detailed design& Support capital projects execution.
Carries out analysis of major equipment selected in the design to meet
operation and maintenance requirement with emphasis on energy
efficiency. Attend Factory Acceptance Test as required.

i am responsible for all electromechanical works for the WORK BASE maintenance operation that operates the HARAMAIN Railway project which is starting form madinah station up to makkah railway station.

Client name: MINISTRY OF TRANSPORTAION.
Budget cost : 480 million SAR .

- - LV Systems Design; lighting and grounding
- MV / LV Protection Systems Design; substation switchgears and protection scheme.
- Installation RMU, Transformers, substations, LV panel boards, Traffic signal and lighting poles
• Quantity surveying for All Electrical items.
• Coordination with all underground utilities services Like ( SEC, STC, etc … ) in order to start preparation site before works.
• Project supervisory.
- • Coordinating with all Electrical suppliers in order to obtain the approval for All Electrical Items, such as preparing the compliance sheet, modifying the technical drawings due to different specifications for several clients, etc, , , , .
• Procurement department: implementing all material order requests through oracle procurement program, and follow up all quotation and purchase order for material.
• Check all design drawings and shopdrawing .
o contact with consultant regarding inspections for the electrical work in site and
for any modifications in the shop drawing .
