• Testing and commissioning LPG Tanks.
Planning the work and efficiently organizing the site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.
• Planning and managing engineering projects and continuous improvement programs to reduce labor and costs.
• Determining project feasibility by estimating materials costs and sourcing requirements.
• Assisting management in preparing contracts for approved projects.
• Agreeing a price for materials, and making cost-effective solutions and proposals for the intended
project.
• Attending progress meetings with management, engineering, and procurement to insure work is being carried out within the agreed contractual terms.
• Managing stocks of supplies and equipment.
• Preparing the technical specifications and data sheets for material purchasing.
• Gathering and producing documents for projects and review Client's technical documentation and requirements.
• Designing the LPG networks including of safety system (LPG detectors, CO detectors, and LPG control panels).
• Ensuring that the gas network complies with health and safety regulations, especially after an inspection that required changes.
• Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations (Electrical and Mechanical).
• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and
the work of any subcontractors.
• Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site.
• Setting out, leveling and surveying the site.
• Making scheduled checks on machinery and parts.
• Responding immediately to machinery breakdowns.
• Fitting new parts.
• Overhauling and replacing parts according to schedule.
• Checking and calibrating instruments to make sure they are accurate.
• Finding and fixing faults and re-calibrating instruments.
• Keeping production managers informed of progress.
• Installing safety devices on machinery, or direct device installation.
• Working with specialist equipment, such as programmable logic controllers (PLC), which control machinery on factory assembly lines.
• Managing stocks of supplies and equipment.
• Supervision on installing, calibrating, and maintenance of internet networks, lighting systems, elevators, and firefighting system.
• Scheduling periodic maintenance on all electrical installations, components, and equipment.
• Ensuring that all equipment was in great working order.
• Preparing technical documentation for operation, troubleshooting and maintenance of industrial systems for PLC and Human Machine Interface.
