El-Ajou Group Trading co is an authorized partner of Canon, Zebra, Evolis and many other international brands, in Saudi Arabia. Job responsibilities are as below:
o Manage Print Services (MPS) Solution’ installation and support using uniflow a solution from NT-Ware German Based company which is Canon sub group.
o Pre-installation Analysis of project requirement (Pre-Requisites)
o Canon Devices Integration with MPS solution
o Oce’ Products software Training
o Providing Technical Support to Field engineers for Canon equipment and MPS Solution
o Card Designing with Zebra (Card Studio), CardPresso and Card Printer Installation, configuration and troubleshooting.
o Problem Isolation and communication with vendor for field based problems
o Office documentation and reporting
o Team Management and daily task scheduling for team members
o Training regional technical teams for canon products, software, and supporting remotely as technical specialist.
o Designing User Manual and learning Material for technical team.
o In case of Hardware issue working with Hardware Engineering to isolate issue and to escalate problems to manufacturer
o Ensure the function of Computer System
o Install or Download Computer Applications
o Network Maintenance and Troubleshooting
o ADSL Modem Troubleshooting
o Wireless Router Installation / Troubleshooting
o Check Repair Computer Connections
o Computer System Trouble Shooting
o Scanners/ Printers Installation and support
o Desktop Support
o Technical Report Writing
o End user Support
CM-> Corrective Maintenance
PM-> Preventative Maintenance
o Supervision and co ordination with team
o Installing and commissioning of Microwave equipment (NEC and NEO)
o Troubleshooting of cell sites of Motorola BTS
o Microwave Link replacement (faulty Link) / New Link Installation, configuration
o Alarm Patching
o Supervision of PM (Preventative Maintenance) and CM (Corrective Maintenance)
o Communicating with NOC for Site Maintenance Activities
o Reporting And Documentation
