Scope of Work: Grouted Riprap, Excavation, Backfilling & Security Fence.

Responsibilities:

• Performed inspections of excavation, backfilling, grouted riprap, and security fence works in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, ITPs, checklists, and method statements.

• Prepared and submitted WIRs and MIRs, while maintaining WIR, MIR, and Test Report logs for complete quality documentation and traceability.

• Prepared daily inspection look-ahead schedules and coordinated inspections with the Client/Consultant.

• Conducted sampling of excavation, backfill, riprap, and construction materials for laboratory testing.

• Monitored excavation levels, backfill thickness, moisture content, compaction, and stockpile materials.

2. Early Works for the Mirage Visitor Center (TROJENA) | Jul 2025 - Jan 2026

Scope of Work: MSE Wall & Rock Bund Construction, Shotcrete (Fiber, Mesh & Rock Bolts), Excavation & Backfilling.

Responsibilities:

• Inspected and verified materials (backfill, shotcrete mix, MSE wall blocks, geogrid, etc.) for compliance with approved specifications.

• Ensured proper surface preparation before construction activities.

• Monitored installation activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, method statements, and ITPs.

• Verified backfill compaction through in-situ density testing and required MDD.

• Inspected shotcrete application for thickness, curing, and qualified nozzlemen.

• Checked geogrid placement, embedment lengths, and connection details.

• Monitored weather conditions and equipment operation during construction.

• Witnessed density, moisture, and compressive strength tests and reviewed laboratory results.

Scope of Work: Reinforced Concrete Retaining Walls & Reinforced Concrete Foundations.

Responsibilities:

• Reviewed construction drawings, specifications, and applicable standards.

• Inspected concrete, reinforcement steel, bonding agents, curing compounds, Hi-Rib, and waterproofing materials.

• Verified proper storage of construction materials.

• Inspected reinforcement type, size, spacing, and concrete cover.

• Inspected formwork dimensions, alignment, stability, and surface treatment before concrete placement.

• Witnessed concrete pouring, vibration, placement height, and uniform distribution.

• Witnessed concrete finishing and application of curing compound.

• Inspected two-layer foundation waterproofing installation for compliance.

4. Magna Site Preparation Works - Jaumur WO 25 | Oct 2024 - Mar 2025

Scope of Work: Excavation of Rippable & Non-Rippable Rock, Stockpiling, Asphalt & Underground Utilities Removal, and Building Demolition.

Responsibilities:

• Performed QC inspections for rock excavation, stockpiling, asphalt removal, underground utilities removal, and demolition works.

• Conducted internal inspections before raising WIRs/MIRs and coordinated inspections with the Client and Consultant.

• Verified rock classification, witnessed field sampling, and coordinated laboratory testing.

• Raised, monitored, and closed INCRs by verifying corrective actions.

• Performed routine and random quality surveillance to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and ITPs.

Scope of Work: Construction of Light Weight Precast Concrete (Siporex) Buildings 12 in Total.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Performed work inspections for the construction of 12 lightweight precast concrete (Siporex) buildings, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, method statements, and ITPs.

• Conducted pre-inspections before raising WIRs/MIRs and coordinated work and material inspections with the Client and Consultant.

• Reviewed technical drawings, specifications, and method statements to verify compliance during construction activities.

• Issued and closed Internal Non-Conformance Reports (INCRs), monitored corrective actions, and maintained NCR close-out records.

• Performed routine and random surveillance inspections to ensure all construction activities complied with quality standards and project requirements.

• Witnessed concrete pouring activities and verified concrete slump and temperature with the approved third-party laboratory technician.

• Prepared and maintained WIR/MIR logs, third-party test report logs, inspection records, and QA/QC documentation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Performed quality inspections for excavation of general soil, weak and hard rock, backfilling, compaction, and security fence works in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, ITPs, and method statements.

• Conducted internal inspections before raising WIRs/MIRs and coordinated work and material inspections with the Client and Consultant.

• Inspected incoming fence materials, including fence posts, chain-link mesh, barbed wire, and accessories, to ensure compliance with project specifications and approved shop drawings. Verified concrete slump and temperature as per the approved mix design.

• Raised, monitored, and closed Internal Non-Conformance Reports (INCRs) by verifying corrective actions and ensuring compliance with project requirements.

• Performed routine and random quality surveillance inspections to verify compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality procedures, and method statements, identifying quality issues and ensuring timely corrective actions.

• Prepared WIRs, MIRs, maintained inspection records and INCR logs, and coordinated material sampling and testing with the approved third-party laboratory.

Project Scope: Construction of RCC Towers 16 Storeys each, 7 in Total

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Checked, submitted, and obtained approval/closure of Work Inspection Requests (WIRs).

• Conducted site inspections in accordance with project specifications, IFC/shop drawings, and applicable international standards.

• Ensured all construction activities complied with approved drawings, project specifications, and quality standards.

• Coordinated inspections, witnessed required tests, and maintained inspection and test records as per the Contract Quality Plan.

• Prepared and submitted Material Approval Requests (MARs)/Material Submittals.
