Responsibilities:
• Handle tenders for potential clients (Egypt Electricity co., …etc)
• Prepare Tender submittals as per required procedures.
• Dealing with the different technical and commercial requirements as per tender documents.
• Build cost estimation by studying tender documents, price schedules, plans, and related client documents.
• Negotiate with material suppliers for best discount.

• New Safaga Substation with EETC (L3 Ranking)
• GabaL Al Kamal Substation with EETC (L1 Ranking)
• Soub Al Lahon Substation with Army (L3 Ranking)
• New Tabya 66/11kv Substation (L1 Ranking
• New Abu Rawash 66/11kv Substation (L2 Ranking)
• Receiving inquiries from Sales team for different categories such as testing & commissioning, maintenance, installation and training
• Arranging all inquiries based on priority list and our relationship with the customers.
• Support our customers for bidding inquiries.
• Build cost estimation by studying tender documents, BOQ, plans, and related customer documents.
• Sending inquires for outsource materials and getting best discount from them in order to reduce our cost.
• Meeting customer target prices (if possible) by reducing operation cost.
• Receiving purchase orders from customers and reviewing it from legal point of view.
• Reviewing frame agreements with different customers.
• Understanding overall SLD of substation and arranging overall schedule for testing activities.
• Testing of main relays such as distance, line differential, transformer differential and over current relays for various manufacturer such as ABB, Siemens, SEL and Alstom
• Complete testing of 380kv, 132kv, 33kv GIS System (ABB, Siemens and Hyundai) including LCC panels.
• Scheme and function check for different protection panels such as line protection panels, transformer protection panels, busbar protection panels, etc.
• Busbar stability test for high impedance busbar protection.
• Scheme design modification to be matched with specification and proper operation.
• Testing of AC/DC panels including scheme check and ATS operation.
• Complete testing of 13.8kv, 33kv switchgear.
• Testing of closed loop, open loop and trip test for complete substation
• Clearing all punch lists.
• Substation Energizing and checking of load measurement.
