• Leadership assurance of efficient and optimal contract management and interface with third-party contractors, vendors, consultants, suppliers, etc. on all projects, ensuring each party is aware and delivers in accordance with contractual terms.
• Managing projects identification/conceptualization and ensure fit-for-purpose facilities engineering design for all projects including upgrades to eliminate or minimize variation in project implementation.
• Drive quality and value assurance across all projects ensuring consistent application of best-in-class and agreed technical, safety and project management processes and standards.
• Leadership on getting all permits, approvals and documentation required for projects implementation and completion are obtained timeously to avoid a breach in regulatory requirements and any potential delays in project delivery.
• Support technical advisory services for projects under development, construction, and operation, which may include but are not limited to technical due diligence, construction monitoring, assessment of the project performance, site inspections and project management.
