· Planning and Execution of work as per design & drawing.
· Preparation of daily, weekly, monthly, reports on work progress (Key Performance Indicator) & evaluating as per the planned schedules.
· Maintaining quality standards for all structural works.
· Supervision of the working labour to ensure strict conformance to methods & Quality.
· Attend the meetings with managers, PMT and client.
· Monitoring activities like Form Works, Rebar works, concrete pouring, Curing works, Painting and Concrete Protection works.
· Supervision of concrete pouring and site work such as excavation work, footing and grade beam layout, backfilling, compaction, concrete surface preparation for coating application and grouting work etc.
· Execute steel as per approved structural design.
· Coordination with 3rd party for concrete, grout and field test activities.
· Executive’s necessary estimations for all prospective projects.
· Co-ordinate with project manager and the proponents.
· Responsible for laying out of foundations.
· Co-ordinate with QC Inspector for inspection.
· Study of the related documents such as drawings, Electrical drawings, plans etc.
· Coordinating with the suppliers and dealers for the materials.
· To ensure the quality of the product used in the construction.
· Coordinating with the other staff as per requirement.
· Undertaking technical and feasibility studies and investigations.
· Communicating and liaising effectively with colleagues, Architects, Subcontractors, Contracting Civil engineers, Consultants and co-workers
· Issuance of RFI’s for the construction activities and review after completion in all respects.
· Preparation of Inspection Test Plans (ITP), Technical Queries (TQ) AND Method of Statements.
· Inspection of formwork, rebar work, coating, anchor bolts position etc., prior to pouring of concrete.
· Checking and monitoring of concrete pouring, grouting, curing, concrete coating, Excavation, Backfilling & earth work activities.
· Co-ordinate with client inspector for inspection.
· Coordination and supervise with 3rd party laboratory technician testing requirements for concrete, grout and other field test activities.
· Attend the clients meetings.
· Coordinate with client and Sub Cont. Management to ensure that work is being proceeded in accordance with contract document, Inspection plan, Inspection Checklist, approved drawing and Method of Statement.
· Follow up with NCR’S & Log Book Entries at daily basis and provide root cause, Corrective and Preventive action immediately after Client Notification.
· Review monthly management reports, Logs (NCR, Concrete Pouring & testing FDT & Calibration), two week look ahead schedule, QC organization & mobilization plan, audit report as per schedule “Q” requirement and forward to client.
· Prepare daily, weekly & monthly progressive reports.
· Ensure that requirements of approved quality plan including all requests for inspection are in accordance with standards and specification.
· Coordinating with relevant site personnel to produce documented plans, procedures and work instructions and method statements of activities before actual implementation of work.
