Responsible for undertaking the planning, designing of electrical power systems including load calculations, equipment/material selection and implementation of electrical facilities needed for industrial operations in accordance with Saudi Electrical Standards.
Oversee and manage the installation, inspection, operation and maintenance of the following; Electrical facilities/utilities for power distribution, ATS/MTS, generators, transformers, breaker panels/switchboards, power distribution cables, internal and external lighting control system, electronic and communication control system wiring and earthing /grounding.
Manage a team of Electricians/Technicians to ensure all work is installed to the highest standards in accordance with the applicable electrical standards.
Manage the materials take-off, procurement process and quality inspection for all electrical materials/ tools/equipments/ spare parts required, maintenance and security of all tools and equipment.
Maintain facility schematic/ single line diagrams/ maps for all existing and new components of electrical distributions systems.
Implement preventive maintenance program on electrical machines and equipments to minimize power interruptions and production downtime.
Handles and solve any electrical related problems encountered upon installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance of all electrical facilities, machines/equipments.
Develops, establishes, recommends and enforces safety practices in utilization of electrical power.
Performs other work as required to include assisting other departments.
Reports directly to the Field Construction Engineering Superintendent for specific job assigned.
Assists the Field Construction Engineering Superintendent in planning, design, research and developing of new field coating robotic machines.
Supervise a team of technicians in electrical, electronic, electro-mechanical research and development of new field coating robotic machines.
Supervise the testing, troubleshooting and repair of all electronic controllers/equipments/instruments including electronic components verification & upgrading, circuit re-designing, and maintenance.
Supervise the maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of electro-mechanical field robotic machines used in girth weld pipe coating.
Supervision of electrical works, wiring installation, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting and maintenance of all plant facilities, equipments/machines.
Cooperates and oversees prototype assembly and verification testing of new field coating robotic machines.
Conducts field inspections in monitoring the electrical system and electronics controls of all coating robotic machines including field repairs and troubleshooting.
Implement preventive maintenance program and strive for high field weld coating production that reduces machine breakdown.

Reports directly to the Electrical Engineering Supervisor for specific job assigned.
Assists the Electrical Engineering Supervisor for the planning & control of the project as per contract, plans & specifications.
Assists in the preparation of the projects needed resources such as materials, manpower requirements, equipments & other resources.
Study thoroughly the drawings, specifications, contracts, requirements as per scope of work and plan the daily electrical work activities.
Conducts an actual site inspection/supervision for the close monitoring of electrical works as per planned schedule.
Lead development of electrical project engineering scopes, estimates and production design basis documents.
Projects the weekly accomplishment by activities planned schedule.
Prepares the weekly technical progress reports.
Coordinates with the other departments through briefing & conferences as the work progresses.
Any other duties & responsibilities that may be given from time to time.
Reports to the Production Supervisor for job orders to be manufactured in the production line.
Lead a team of production operators to meet production efficiency, consistency and quality requirements.
Plan, load, supervise and schedule manufacturing orders based on demands.
Monitor and ensure production of PCB assembly within scheduled lead-time and meet customer’s specifications.
Train production operators to ensure processes conform to set requirements and according to customers specifications.
Carry out installations, modifications, repair, troubleshooting and maintenance of production machines and equipment.
Production material controlling, preparations and handling.
Other work activities given by the Production Supervisor from time to time.
