Being project engineer, we are doing villa construction, maintenance works at different sites at Dubai, Ajman and Sharja.
During my work in the said organization i am responsible for project planning, building construction & infrastructure related activities both during planning & implementation of the project.
Planning include site feasibility, Design, BOQ, procurement and tendering & consultation with line department.
Implementation covers staff briefing, training, coordination, layout and issuance of work orders and site measurement, monitoring and evaluation of activities, preparation of bill & completion reports.
During my job here i learned and executed the drawings, designs, layouts, MB and BOQ's, survey reports site supervision and work plan implementation as per design. Monthly & weekly progress report, Team management, Civil works monitoring and resources management were the basic responsibilities. Having a good experience to handle some challenging tasks in my career and services.
