Responsible for undertaking the control, supervision and installation of old and new Xerox office and production copier’s accordance with Xerox standards.
• Xerox WorkCentre MFP Series 5019, 5021, 5325, 5330, 5335, 5755 and 7120.
• Xerox VersaLink MFP Series - C405, B405, B7025, B7030, and B7035.
• Xerox Production Copier/Printer Series - D95, D110, D125P.
• Maintaining proper engineering documentation and reports service log and stock.

• Network installation and configuration.
• Installation of Free Flow Server operating system for safe and secure database printing.
• Enable to Xerox standard accounting and create user id and password.
• Provide prompt response to breakdown service request.
• Remove the errors of machine in minimum time on customer side.
• Replacement of consumed spare parts of the machines.
• Troubleshooting of all kinds of Hardware/Software issues.
TRAINEE: Projects
Responsible for undertaking the control, supervision and installation of old and new Ptcl triple play system accordance with Ptcl standards.
• Ptcl technical troubleshooting, (Internet, Hardware/Software Issues).
• Ptcl equipment’s installation (PSTN, Broadband, IPTV).
• Record making in CRM (Customer Relationship Management).
• Front desk help service for Postpaid and Prepaid clients.
• After sale servicing, preventive maintenance of the networking equipment’s for a better quality outcome.
