1.Establish the production at Hassani Food Industries, Group of Companies. 2.Responsible for Recipe formulation. 3.Responsible for all the production process from receiving row materials up till finished product. 4.Dealing with the raw materials & Production REQUIREMENTS suppliers. 5.Product Development Team Leader for all dessert mixes and raising flours and agents for Kerry Food UK. 6.Arrange the distribution of the operators all over the machines for all the shifts. 7.Excellent command of laboratory testing. 8.Undergoing corrective actions to regulate any deviation during production. 10. Checking Up & Monitoring production / Expiry dates, quality of raw materials & products through out the production. 11. Implementing GMPs, ISO, and HACCP Requirements. 12. Responsible for shifting my Divisions to the new Industrial Area at Dubai investment Park, Jebel Ali Dubai & starting the production.
•Quality Insurance of all the running equipments
•Calibration procedure on regular basis for the running equipments
•Reporting the calibration results to the CEO on daily basis
•Reporting with complete analysis for the equipments need to be replaced, countering major errors
•Maintenance report of all measuring and utility equipment
•Service schedule for the utility equipments
•All quality tests of the produced batches before packing
•Quality examination of the incoming feed stock
•Regular quality inspection of the packed product ready to be dispatched
•Quality Inspection of the returned product from market and preparing analysis report
•Report forwarding to the CEO containing all results of quality tests of produced batched
•Administrative work (Production Log sheets, Quality tests logs, ISO license renewal)
HGGM (Hafeez Ghee & General Mills) is a unit of IMGC (International Multi Group Of Companies) in Pakistan.
It’s a group of vegetable oil production and processing units with a brand name Shama Cooking Oil.
I worked as a trainee engineer in production department at production and processing unit For Multan division. From raw oil to completely refined finished edible oil it was a Complete processing unite with a Quality Department which was ISO certified and Licensed by PQCA (Pakistan Quality Control Authority)
