We have been able to change the attitude of customers in Kuwait towards the company from aggressive (due to bad experience with the distributor) to supportive, by understanding and giving them solutions to their fears and problems..

As a Ground Handling Agent I proved successful at multitasking, initiative & positive thinker. I have been able to quickly build good relationship with customer form all over the world, and gain their trust in the carrier. Also my skills to adapt to changes, and fast learning made me a competent and confident member of the team in very short time, as I was able to complete a four weeks on job training in only two weeks.
As a first post after graduation, I found that I had a natural ability for online marketing, and was very successful not only in selling property, but also in after sales services. I quickly built up relationships with other team member and customers.
By having good organisational skills ensured a swift and smooth buying and after sales experience for the customer and increased profits for the company. This was a good foundation for my future roles as it enabled me to deal with customers in a practical setting.
