The Associate Consultant is responsible of all the steps required for candidate sourcing, head hunting and interviews coordination
Main Duties:

•Sourcing and qualifying candidates through the website and networking, managing multiple researches of different levels, conducting phone interviewing and pre-screens to assess candidates, posting and managing board postings.

•Sourcing of candidates through internet job boards, as well as performing cold calls in sourcing passive candidates.

•Head hunting calls across different parts of the world.

•Coordinate interviews with candidates and clients and do follow up
