As a Sr.Planning Engineer I'm in charge of all the work related to Planning, Scheduling & Project Controls ( include but not limit to ):

1. Baseline Program for the Main Contract.
2. Leading & Managing Subcontractors Progress Reporting and Follow-up procedures.
3. Preparation of Extension of Time & Claims.
4. Coordination with Cost Control and QS depts to insure the synchronisation of the work.
5. Leading Internal & External Progress & Project Management meetings.

Major Scope of Work
 Preparing Daily, Weekly & Monthly Reports of the project.
 Monitoring & Checking of programs Submitted by the subcontractor and manage the
coordination Between them .
 Prepare a control procedure for the maincontractor & Subcontractors
 Review and Analyse the Yearly, Quartly, Monthly & Weekly Forecasts of the Work .
 Managing Coordination between all the group asset companies (Equipment, Concrete,
Aasphalt, Scaffolding, Microtunnelling ) along with the construction group .
 Reviewing and Proccesing Commerial reports related to the group asset, and preparing
analysis for them .
 Studtying Group Asset Prodcutivity and Propusing methodologies on Imrpoving them .
 Resource Management ( Consumption, Wastage, Utilization, Demand & Supply ) .

 Preparing Master Baseline Schedule, Narrative including histograms and graphs .
 Preparing Daily, Weekly & Monthly Reports of the project.
 Monitoring & Checking of programs Submitted by the subcontractor and manage the
