o Remained in touch with the population and local authorities to understand needs, complaints, and major events that may have an impact on the activities of Cross-River State Agency for the Control of HIV/AIDS; and
o Analyzed the humanitarian situation taking into account the production problems.

• Applied safety & security procedures in field operations.
• Presented the population and local authorities with the nature of field operations.
• Conducted sensitization activities with beneficiaries:

o Using Cross-River State Agency for the Control of HIV/AIDS resources;
o Sending messages determined by the Cross-River State Agency for the Control of HIV/AIDS official in charge of operations (Program Manager);
o Adapting methods to the different populations; and
o Organize focus group discussion for activities (follow topic and questions determined by the Program Manager).
