* Taking charge for specific documents issued to NSS

* Perform document management process
* Assist in retrieving documents from the PIMPS
* Quality check / assurance all the incoming documents before distribution.

• Assigned in Client (Katara Hospitality), handling Local & International Projects
• Reporting directly to the Project Controls Manager
• Checking, registration and distribution of documents with accuracy from both internal and external sources.
• Ensures that all aspects of documentations are effectively controlled and categorized i.e. design documentations, non technical documentations, quality records, correspondences, etc.
• Ensure safekeeping and maintenance of technical records and master. Control the flow of documents and file in a systematic order for easy retrieval using database logging registration.
• Controls issuance of document numbers thru the system, including maintenance of proper document registers.
• Maintains document register, ensuring deliverables for each discipline is kept to date.
• Ensures that site records documents are kept up to date.
• Archiving and archive retrieval.
• Provide Assistance to all QPM Engineer’s.
• Monitor all incoming documents through Aconex and download for distribution
• Coordinate with site Engineer/s In-charge, to ensure that they have received/using curent/latest drawing revision.
