Undertake the construction of Al Fanar Factory building including the other utility bldg. from A to Z such as the Admin. Mosque, Laboratory, electrical pump room boundary wall, and guard houses. 2. I have completed more than 50 projects all thru out the kingdom, such as PNUW, Mall in Al Kharj, Jeddaqh & Makkah, 3 bldgs. In Qassim University, Najran housing project, Jizan, Al Hasa & Dammam KFU, 28 apartment bldgs, 88 villas all in KFU, Royal Commission in Jubail for the 18 apartment in cluding kindergarden school, Substation in Madinah, Jeddah, 54 villas within 50 days in Al Hasa, & ABB Wasit Jubail. 3. Under my scoop as Construction Manager, Const. & Production Planning, & scheduling, logistics, retouching, sandblasting & GRC installation, 4. Im also involved in preparation of project estimation cost, cranage type, delivery & manpower budget. 5. I was involved in selection of all qualified manpower especially the staff down to the lowest level. 6. Im part in the study of mega project, preparation of time schedule.
