Job Duties:
Assisting the MD & the Team of Directors in the following tasks:
• Managing Calendars & busy schedules
• Providing efficient meeting planning, scheduling and catering
• Handling travel & hotel bookings
• Handling daily email correspondence & sorting Outlook inbox
• Coordinating with the correspondence desk for preparing miscellaneous business letters, memos and reports.
• Maintaining the online expenses, health claims & land transportation
• Supervising & arranging events
• Managing documents distribution and filing
• Handling MS Office documents, sheets & presentations
• Answering phone calls
• Greeting VIP visitors courteously
• Coordinating and assisting in any other required Admin tasks
• Determining priorities and required deadlines with minimal supervision
• Manage the branch facilities, and supplies
• Control the switchboard, courier services, and visitors
• Manage the staff access cards’ database system
• Assist with vendor inquiries
• Manage daily email correspondence
• Arrange for meetings, conference calls, and catering
• Handling flight & hotel bookings
• Prepare reports as requested on Power point, Excel and Word
• Manage documents distribution and filing
• Perform other administrative support duties as required
• Control the switchboard, courier services, and visitors
