Duties & Responsibilities: SeniorArchitect
• Prepares comprehensive Architectural planning design concepts.
• Prepares architectural design concept for the façade using freehand sketches prior to commence 3d model presentation.
• Reviews complete Architectural working drawings in collaboration with other Client appointed agents and specialized consultants.
• Directly coordinating with other related disciplines such as MEP Consultant and Landscape Specialist.
• Assists in Preparing Tender Documents.
• Supervising architectural projects and coordinating and approving shop drawings from contractors.
• Prepares Technical production using Autocad, & Revit Architecture for Tender drawings to IFC.
• Supervised and assist the Draftsman on working drawings.
• Prepares for 3D visual presentation in realistic image using 3D max V-ray or corona rendering, Rhino, Sketch up and Lumion for animation and still image.
Duties & Responsibilities: Architect/ Interior Designer
• Prepares Comprehensive Planning Design Concept.
• Prepares Architectural Design concept for the Façade in freehand sketches prior to commence 3d visual presentation.
• Prepares Design Specification and Tender Documents
• Prepares 3D Visual computerized model using 3d max, sketch-up and rendered in V-ray for Presentation
• Prepares Design & supervision Quotation
• Prepares interior design from conceptual design to 3d visual presentation
• Prepares community landscape conceptual design
• Assist and meeting with clients in their needs especially the requirements need for the projects
• Supervised and coordinate Draftsman/Cad operator for tender drawings mass production.
